Margie Jo Eun Joo Andreason

Korean American Margie Jo Eun Joo Andreason is a community organizer and has over five years of professional event management experience. Margie currently works for Northwest Area Foundation in St Paul, MN and also provides leadership for a number of organizations including: Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy—Minnesota Chapter as Co–Chair, Community Action Against Racism (CAAR) as Co–Chair, Pan–Asian Voices for Equity–Minnesota (PAVE–MN) on its Steering Committee, and Network of Politicized Adoptees as Co–Founder and Organizer.

Margie is a transracial and transnational adoptee and her experience with that, along with her passion for social justice fuels her community organizing/community building experience, which has been around anti–racism, police brutality, gender justice, and adoptee rights.

Irna Landrum Community Organizer

Irna Landrum

African American Irna Landrum has nearly 15 years of organizing experience, including political campaigns, issue advocacy, labor organizing, and neighborhood–based planning and development. She came to Minneapolis in 2002 and currently directs a neighborhood organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. Irna also works to build and grow a local food system with black farmers and gardeners through Twin Cities–based AfroEco. Irna uses her strength as a mentor, deep listening and well–crafted questions borne from natural curiosity in her organizing and facilitative practices.
